Standards of publication in the BILE:

To make easier the tasks of editing and publication that reach the Boletín, we ask our collaborators to follow the following rules:

  1. The contributions will have a general extension maximum of 15 pages and 30 lines, including the biography.
  2. They will present in IT format (Word, Work o LaTeX para PC) and they will be able to send by email to bile@fundacionginer.org.
  3. There will be signatures and names of the author or authors. On paper they will state their postcode, telephone number and workplace. Likewise they will point out an address for correspondence so that the interested readers can write to them.
  4. The articles will have a summary (with a minumum of 50 words and maximum of 150) in spanish and english and a list of key words (between 5 and 10 also in both languages) which will allow internet browsers to pinpoint the text.
  5. It is preferred that the articles don´t have notes, but is they are considered essential, they will be at the bottom of the page.
  6. For the bibliographical references it should be as follows:
    Surname(s) of the author, name of the author, date (in brackets): Title of the chapter or article (if applicable), title of the book (in italics). Place of editing: publisher organisation, pages (if applicable).
    In the case of newspaper publications:
    Surname(s) of the author, name of the author, date (in brackets): Title of the article, name of the publication (in italics), volume (in italics), number (in brackets), pages.
    nombre de la publicación (en cursiva), volumen (en cursiva), número (entre paréntesis), páginas.
  7. If they include illustrations (images, graphics or paintings...), they will be presented aside, preferrably in IT format, with the biggest resolution possible, and in the text will indicate where they should correlate.
  8. The author will receive two models of the magazine and fifteen offprints of their collaboration.
