Since the appearance of the first adventure novels in the 19th century to contemporary climate fiction, the relationship of human beings with nature has become a privileged source of resources. Based on this literary tradition -which continues to be renewed and covering all genres-ILE wants to reflect on the role that literature can play as a partner in the environmental education giving insight into the work of different writers and cartoonists whose works seek to raise awareness about climate change and the importance of preserving our planet for generations to come.
