La Institución Libre de Enseñanza is in addition to the activities of The European Night of Researchers. This initiative, which is held annually simultaneously in 340 cities of Europe and that in the Community of Madrid coordinates the Foundation for the Knowledge madri+d, aims to bring scientific research to the citizenship.
The activity that we propose for this year in collaboration with the Spanish Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (SEBBM) is a discussion of popular science entitled "Awareness of the biodiversity in order to keep it"will be given by the director of the National museum of Natural Sciences, Rafael Zardoya. Following the same, will be held a series of workshops with simple experiments for children 12 years and older. The entrance is free until capacity is full.
MADRIDNIGHT is a project of scientific dissemination, coordinated by the Fundación madri+d, and funded by the European Union within the Programme Horizon Europe, under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions with the grant agreement no. 101061343.
