La Institución Libre de Enseñanza is in addition to the activities of the European Night of Researchers. This initiative, which is held annually simultaneously in 340 cities of Europe and that in the Community of Madrid coordinates the Foundation for the Knowledge madri+d, aims to bring scientific research to the citizenship.
The activity that we propose for this year in collaboration with the Spanish Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (SEBBM) is a discussion of popular science entitled "Women and Science is not only a day but all the days", which will be held Alejandra Gámez Abascal researcher at the Department of Molecular Biology, Center of Molecular Biology Severo Ochoa, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. The entrance is free until complete capacity, and intended for all audiences.
MADRIDNIGHT is a project of scientific dissemination, coordinated by the Fundación madri+d, and funded by the European Union within the Programme Horizon Europe, under the actions Marie Skłodowska-Curie with the grant agreement no. 101061343.
