Dive into the world of micro-algaes, genuine treasures of the sea, discovering their role in marine ecosystems and all the benefits in which they have. Futhermore, we will explore their many uses, their ethnographic and cultural value which it has historically had and their collection in coastal communities, discovering their uses in the world of cooking, among other curiosities. An opportunity to wake up and look at the sea with another perspective.
