  • You will have online trainig of 35 hours in digital tools which you can use and how to use artificial intelligence in your work to make it more valuable and productive.

  • The face-to-face part (25 hours) will include conferences from specialists and workshops with experts in which you will practise the use of your new capabilities.

Module 1. The cultural management in the digital world (4 hours)

  • The digital revolution and the development of digital competency from professionals from the XXI century
  • The challenge of the cultural and creative industries in the digital era.
  • The broadcasting of cultural activities
  • The structural framework for the cultural management

 

Module 2. Management of digital information and creation of digital contents. (16 hours)

  • The need to evaluate and filter digital information: The recovery of content as a strategy to avoid the overabundance of information.
  • Evaluation, storage and recuperation of digital information
  • Purpose and accessibility
  • Author rights and free licences
  • Digital artefacts: tools for the representation of information and communication
    • Creation of audiovisual content
    • Production of computer graphics
    • Effective presentations
    • Production of audio content: the podcast
  • Tools based on AI for the management and creation of digital content.

 

Module 3: Communication and social media work (5 hours)

  • Tools of communication
  • Social media
  • Collaborative IT-systems work in real time
  • Creation of other collaborative documents
  • The management of digital identity. Security and privacy of information.

 

Module 4. Digital marketing (8 hours)

  • Communication planning and marketing in the cultural field.
  • Communication actions and applied marketing to cultural programming.
  • Control and monitoring of actions of communication and marketing.
  • Tools based on AI for digital marketing.

 

Module 5. Elaboration, monitoring and evaluation of cultural programs (13 horas)

  • The design of a cultural program
