It is committed to education as an essential factor for the autonomy and personal growth of citizens and for the progress and welfare of society. Su actividad se prolong\u00f3 hasta 1936 debido a la Guerra Civil espa\u00f1ola. En 1978, tras un largo par\u00e9ntesis marcado por la guerra y situaciones pol\u00edticas posteriores, fue reactivada con estatutos y fines similares. Asimismo, por impulso de Laura de los R\u00edos y con el apoyo de Elvira Onta\u00f1\u00f3n, la Corporaci\u00f3n reanud\u00f3 las <span style=\"color: #ffffff;text-decoration: undeline\"><a style=\"color: #f7f7f7;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/prueba.fundacionginer.org\/en\/actividades-pasadas\/?_sft_category=colonias-de-verano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">colonias de vacaciones<\/a><\/span>. The project was designed by the architects Cristina D\u00edaz Moreno and Efr\u00e9n Garc\u00eda Grinda, and the landscape designer Teresa Gal\u00ed-Izard.<\/p>\n<p>Its culmination in the summer of 2014 introduced a new era for activity at the ILE: as a place of memory that retains and disseminates the historical Institutionalist legacy and as a centre of reflection and foresight to give impetus to the modernization of education and culture of our country, providing citizens with new educational and cultural infrastructure,.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12 liquid-column-6a2179b18a2ec\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"  ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper-inner\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Entre otras distinciones, el proyecto form\u00f3 parte del Pabello\u0301n de Espan\u0303a en la Bienal de Arquitectura de Venecia de 2014 y obtuvo el Primer Premio del COAM 2015.
