The application of new technologies to the communicative process, with the consequent reorganization of public space; the moment populist that we are living in, with the proliferation of \u201cstrong men\u201d and games that challenge some of the assumptions of the civic culture liberal; growing tecnocratizaci\u00f3n of policy decisions; the expansion of the supranational framework of political action, even the own effect of the pandemic, which has defied the usual inertia with which we were solving the problems of collective order, are phenomena that are crowded in the contemporary discussion. For few are the symptoms of the crisis of our traditional form of government; for others, the logical adaptation of democracy and social change.
